Plans and billing

Understand the hosted plan catalog currently represented in the LobbyStack app: Free, Pro, Enterprise, and self-host.

LobbyStack supports four plan states in the app:

• Free for hosted workspaces with capped included usage.
• Pro for hosted workspaces with a monthly charge, included usage, and billable overages.
• Enterprise for custom hosted arrangements.
• Self-host for deployments that use your own providers and do not use hosted usage limits.

Hosted billing is powered by Polar. Checkout and customer portal access are available only when the deployment has Polar products and billing settings configured.

Pro overage rates in the current app catalog:

AI SMS add-on

AI SMS is represented as a Pro add-on.

AI SMS also requires compliance setup before hosted business-number messaging is ready.

Self-host

Self-hosted workspaces use your own provider accounts and are not limited by hosted plan quotas inside LobbyStack. You are responsible for your own Twilio, OpenAI, Convex, hosting, email, calendar, and optional billing setup.

Manage billing

In the dashboard, open Settings > Billing to:

• See the current plan.
• Start Pro checkout when configured.
• Open the Polar customer portal when available.
• Enable the AI SMS add-on when eligible.
• Review recent billing transactions.
• Complete SMS compliance setup for hosted AI SMS.
