The Settings > Usage page shows hosted usage for the current billing period. Usage resets at the start of each period.

What happens at the limit
Free hosted usage is hard-capped. When a usage type reaches its included pool, that usage type can be blocked until the next period.
Pro allows billable overages for voice, alert SMS, and outbound call attempts. Knowledge storage has no overage rate; if storage is exhausted, remove content or upgrade before adding more.

View usage
Open Settings
In the dashboard, open Settings.
Open Usage
Select Usage from the settings sidebar.
Review included usage
Check current usage, remaining quota, blocked states, and reset timing.
Review pay-as-you-go usage
On Pro, review estimated overage counts and cost for the current period.
Displayed overage amounts are estimates for the current period until provider billing is finalized.
